Nature is been very gracious with Cala Gonone, a comparatively small village that extends from beatiful hills to reach the crystal clear waters of the Golfo di Orosei. The picture below was taken at the nearest beach to the port, and, as I believe, speaks by itself, telling the whole story about the purity and cleanliness of the sea.

   This property is ideally located  to accomodate people who love a quiet place to unwind from the daily hustles and yet so close to all the services and amenities that Cala Gonone has to offer.      

        Just 5 minutes away from the house there are cafes, shops, restaurants and, of course, the beach. On the rear of the house there are no other buildings, so you can enjoy the beatiful view of both the hills and the sea.    

       The first bedroom is large and has a king size bed, bedsides, wardrobe and enough space to add an extra single bed, if required.  The other bedroom is very cosy and would be ideal for a child.  The bathroom is brand new and so is the open-plan kitchen,  sited in a corner of the large living room.    

  This house is fully furnished and the rent is inclusive of all bills.

Please note: a charge of 30 euro for cleaning, bathroom towels  and bed linen  will be payable in addition to the rent. Also note, the property must be free by 10:00 am on departure day.
