From Alghero airport 

On exiting the airport, turn left on sp42. At roudabout/junction go right on ss291 and follow signs to Sassari -Argentiera and get to the ss131 and follow signs to Cagliari.  Keep going for quite a while on the ss131 then connect to ss129 to Nuoro. Go over Nuoro following the ss131dcn that will connect with sp38(turning right): follow signs to Dorgali. At the junction with the ss125(that will take you into Dorgali) turn right. At main crossroad, go right onto the ring road(circonvallazione or Viale J.F.Kennedy) and keep going , follow signs to Cala Gonone. Go through the tunnel on your left to reach Cala Gonone

From Olbia airport 

Easyjet flies from Gatwick(seasonal)

There is a good coach service from and to Olbia-Cala Gonone. Get the DEPLANO coach outside of the airport on the right, there is a cafe with a big boat. Tickets cost €15 one way, in summer 2010. 

  Our house is only 3 minutes away from the tourist info office, where the coach stops.

from Dorgali to Cala Gonone

When you arrive to Dorgali, you'll be on the SS125 and can go either side, Viale J.F.Kennedy on the right or VialeEnricoFermi on the left. 

Keep on this road and follow signs to SP26 to Cala Gonone till you get to a left turn into a tunnel. Turn and  go through the tunnel that takes to Cala Gonone,  you'll be on the SP26 or  Viale Colombo.

It's about 8 km. of bends and curves, so drive slowly. when the bends are over you'll come to a roundabout; keep going straight, you'll pass a petrol station on the right(it's the only one in Gonone); keep going straight down till you get to a junction with a camping site and carabinieri(police) on your left: that's Via Collodi.

Drive till you get to a bend on the left; as you go round the bend, the house is the first one on the right, opposite Hotel La Playa. park just outside the house. Someone will be there waiting for you.
